An Autumn Poem

I’m standing in the woods;
Watching bright leaves fall.
The wind sways the trees;
Standing commandingly tall.
It’s a day of beauty;
In which to enjoy,
Autumns pleasure filled joys;
Praying quietly.
In humbleness and awe;
I’m grateful for fall.
Perfectly planned by God;
Creator of all.
Autumns multicolor;
A unique masterpiece;
Formed by the Master.
A season of peace.
Let us rejoice in Him;
For seasons of blessing.
Like Autumns relief
A soul touched, refreshing.
His great creation
Evidence of His love;
Created in care;
By our mighty God above.
